Just because Evanescence isn't a Christian band doesn't mean they can't write christian songs. After listening to Tourniquet I can definitely say this a Christian song. I don't how to elaborate on this too much, but in a nutshell I believe she is asking for God's help. "Call my name and save me from the dark" - She is asking for God to help her and lead her to his light. "Walk in the light, as he is in the light" - 1 John 1:7 |
