| I immediately thought about Caleb and his battle with alcohol. I was so sad when they cancelled their last tour after he walked off stage at a show. For me, this is a message to the fans and more personally, his wife Lily Aldridge. He realized he had a problem, and did what he had to do to get better. A lot of people said negative things about him after and I think this song is him saying,"I fucked up, but I'm trying to get better. Don't give up on me." I may be reading too much into it, but that's just what I get out of it :) I cried when I first heard this song, so much passion and he pours his soul into it. | |
