I think I can fill in the missing lyrics here: "All the drinks you get sure don't order themselves and they're not going to waste." |

| It is! It was the $5,000 or more pledge from the Kickstarter. I remember reading Jimmy confirming this in an interview somewhere, but for the life of me, I can't find you the link now to prove that. | |

Catherine wheel also refers to a method of torture, i.e. breaking on the wheel. It's called the Catherine wheel because of the legend of St. Catherine, who was supposed to be executed by breaking on the wheel, but when she touched the wheel, it miraculously fell to pieces. The wikipedia article on this is pretty good, if you care to cross-reference further. As for the title of the song itself, Vitamin B3, otherwise known as niacin, is an important dietary need covered by most people's regular food intake. Though it's rare in industrialized nations, it's possible to become niacin deficient and develop a condition called pellagra. From, again, wikipedia, here are some of the psychiatric effects of pellagra (horrible physical consequences completely aside): "irritability, poor concentration, anxiety, fatigue, restlessness, apathy, and depression." Alcoholics are among the very small group of people in developed countries who may become niacin deficient. In other words, I would be very surprised if bellyfloor wasn't right about the meaning of this song. |
