This is my favorite song from Green Day. Just because I like slow songs and with a powerful meaning and this has it. And is the end of the American Idiot story. It makes me feel sad, even though I have never been in a situation like this. I think the song meaning is that a person is trying to forget that one person who used to mean all for it. He disappear without saying nothing and now the person is feeling really bad about it. All the song is a memory he has. Is trying to forget those awesome memories that cause him happiness because now it hurts. He know he will never forget, even if he try a lot.
