In those times you made difficult and rash decisions... I carry bit of baggage that weigh on me like that man. I dont know what its like to be in that situation but music heals me. I know you dont know me but I wish someone would have said this to me maybe i wouldnt be so messed up haha...
Help the person youve wronged. Be there if she needs help you know? She'll begin to forgive you and in that you can begin to forgive yourself. The pain of this awful time will never go but its easier to live with. I know you didnt ask for a cyber shrink but hope this helps haha :) |

I'm not about blanket statements as far as lyrics go. No one is inside the artists head. I write a bit and when I do its more about feeling then the actual story. The vibe I get from the song is drifting from reality, in an almost blissful numbness. Past the point of caring for pain even though you feel it, but you don't care. |

When Kurt wrote he wrote his feelings. Most of his songs are made so that any person can relate. He does anger,sadness,sarcasm, and even love (in his own unique way). So usually when I listen I just go by feeling. But I got a strong vibe if his trademark feminism in the lyrics. "saving yourself" for the man, the laundry room... but it could be veiwed as religeous also. its what ever your feeling. |
