I think its about the US soldiers helping the civilians because they watched innocent people get shot to death by the Al-Qaeda and its also about the soldiers feeling lost after the bloodshed they witnessed the lines; "Mothers bare the burdens of our defeats Fathers are on their knees, praying for mercy" is talking about how the civilians cant stop the blood shed and utter slaughter caused by the Al-Qaeda |
