This song is about life and getting older (and even love) as is much of his music. Trevor's music is extremely personal to him; he say's it's his way of organizing his thoughts and dealing with his struggles. For me, Youth Lagoon invokes a feeling a nostalgia like no other band I've ever heard. When I first heard their music, I couldn't help but feel like I had heard their music before, maybe as a child or something. |
