| Natalia Kills – Devils Don't Fly Lyrics | 12 years ago |
| The song is about a time where Natalia feels she is trying to better herself while in a relationship with an "angel". She calls herself a "devil", saying that even if she is viewed as a bad person or makes a mistake, that she is trying and doesn't want to lose her boyfriend. | |
| Natalia Kills – Saturday Night Lyrics | 12 years ago |
|
Natalia Kills on Saturday Night on her Trouble Web Cast: "It is overall my favourite song I've ever written... Saturday Night was the hardest song to write on the album... I sing Saturday Night and I feel everything is ok, even when it's not." The song tackles the hardest times of Natalia's life: her parents fighting, her father's arrest and her running away from home. Life doesn't stop for her even when her life is falling apart, but she puts on her dancing shoes for another Saturday Night, to try and forget about the problems she is having. |

| Natalia Kills – Daddy's Girl Lyrics | 12 years ago |
|
Natalia Kills on Daddy's Girl on her Trouble Web Cast: "It's a love letter to my Dad." The song is written like her letters to her Dad while he was in prison. It tells that he risked his family's well being with his illegal activities to give them a wealthy life style, but despite the things he has done, she'll always love him and never let him down. |

Natalia Kills on Boys Don't Cry on her Trouble Web Cast: "That was one of the earlier songs I wrote... What inspired me to write Outta Time and Boys Don't Cry was to have that nostalgic 60's, almost Ronettes influence..." The songs is really about her past relationships and breaking boys hearts. The album Trouble is even dedicated to "all the boys who tried to save me." |

| Natalia Kills – Television Lyrics | 12 years ago |
|
Natalia Kills on Television in her Trouble Live Stream: "I'm not apologizing or asking for any kind of redemption... If I have lived a fucked up life, I don't see why it's such a bad thing because... it's not anything that you wouldn't see on TV. When I was a kid... I had a really special relationship with TV. When my parents were arguing and going crazy... I would turn the TV up very very loud to drown out the upsetting stuff that was happening. I felt somewhat raised by the TV." The song is a statement on how people negatively judged her and her family (particularly during her father's arrest), when the things they do are often seen as "entertaining" on fictional television shows. The song is amazing storytelling of Natalia's life and sets the tone and content throughout Trouble. It's personally my favourite song on the album. |
