It's about the gang culture especially from the 80's of Public Holiday Britain when you had gangs of Skinheads, Mods, casuals etc who went to seaside resorts like Brighton, Margate, Clacton etc to fight each other and especially the overwhelming rascism at the time of groups like the National Front who lead a right wing movement to try to stamp out multiculteralism in Britain at this time. |
