Stone Sour – Absolute Zero Lyrics 11 years ago
There's nothing extremely hide in this song. 'Absolute Zero' is a reference of been a cold, fuck-off' person that at a certain point stopped caring about something or someone.

"The bloody angle, the symmetry/ Your cheap adhesive isn't holding me / My mouth is a gun I can shoot, I can show you the truth / And I don't need a reason to lie to you"
[(This part says that the fake image from someone isn't convincing anymore, and using words plus arguments he can distinguish lies and make the person see real facts. Soon, there's no more necessity to hide the truth.)]

"No pun intended, no punishment / If I offended you, you needed it / Ideas are the bombs in your mind, a fissure in time / If you don't have a weapon you can't have mine"
[(Yea, this verse shows all the cold from that person - If I offended you, that's was because you really deserved it. Again he compare words with weapons, and says like "Well, If you don't give me solid arguments or good perspectives, there's no reason to waste my time giving you my opinions." The fissure in time can mean that someway the truth will give your head a collapse; a higher fact that can change your life.)]

But the part that show us clearly this idea is the main chorus:
"Oh, I’m not afraid / I’m giving into grievances again / You’re looking at an absolute zero / I’m not the devil, but I won’t be your hero"
[(I am not gonna be a bad person to you, but I can ensure that I'm not gonna be a good person either)].

This is just my interpretation of this amazing song. Sorry 4 my bad english, that's not my primary language.
