You should read an interview Elliott did with Matt Dornan. In it he briefly talks about the lyrics, saying he didnt have them printed because he wrote them when he was in a "state". High probably. He also alluded to the fact that the line was silly (sugar, **** me up), making me think that it was in fact "sugar lick me up". Apparently he didnt like the lyrics, only the instrumental composition. Just thought I'd give some insight :) |
