Im 90% sure that its fear not feel. 'Who we are, I fear most of the time.' The song is touching on the ignorance of humanity toward an impending self inflicted doom. Then at the end offers a resolution of sorts. The "who we are, I fear" line is showing the composers disconnection from society as he feels pride and the problem, reaction, solution archetype have clouded judgement. |
