This is an incredibly powerful song, both lyrically and instrumentally. As for its objective meaning, I haven't got a clue. But, perhaps that's the way it's supposed to be - you take from it what you will. There are obviously many occult undertones in the lyrics (which greatly add to the atmosphere of the song, I think), as well as some sort of deeply personal meaning I cannot begin to fully grasp. |
