did it imply that he was sleeping with the current girl? no it didnt. Just because he's with the current girl doesnt mean they are sleeping together and its quite romantic how thy still love each other even if they're with different partners. Call me sappy but there are lots of teens who adore this kind of music and loves romantic gestures. |

this song is obviously about axl rose being a romantic. He talks about a girl, possibly a love interest. The way he talks about her, well, he's in love and the part 'where do we go now', he's asking her where their relationship leads; if she wants to take it further into commitment or something.
