| Ironically I've been going through an existential crisis of sorts lately of searching for my life's goal or purpose. Then I heard this song for the first time played at the of the movie The American with George Clooney & thought it was beautiful & sorrowful w/out knowing the lyrics. I watched the credits & found it. I searched for it on the internet, as well as the lyrics & lo behold, thought the exact same thing about it's meaning as you. On my end, I took it as a vague omen that I'm not alone in my struggle. | |
