The first part is indeed about death after a full honest service on a battlefield, to the very end. The second part is about the transition, during which this brave soul asks for guidance to cope with these new feelings at the gates of afterlife. The third part is all about the feeling of acceptance for this brave honest soul to join the Elysium, to return back to home, finally. My references: I'm a Finn. |
