What I took from this song was that Tomas was/is dealing with depression. The song starts with the depressed version of himself, talking about how his normal self has plans for himself, yet being depressed he doesn't want to do any of that. The second part is his normal self complaining about his depression, and how he get's nothing done because of it. The chorus helps reinforce this reasoning, where he basically states he wants help with his depression, even if he acts as though he want's no help at all. |
