I feel as if it is about a family or relationship wherein the woman is either comatose or continually hospitalized. the male voice is talking to the sleeping female at the beginning with the lines about how she doesn't wake up. the female voice is speaking to herself about how she doesn't wake up even though she tries. they felt the war of contagion and disease. He saw himself in the picture, and felt guilty for not being there to comfort her. then it's about how they need to rely on charity to survive. |
