I agree that this is a beautiful song, and one of my favourites. It touches me and is somehow both positive and melancholy in words and music. I listen to it during the cold dark winter months in Canada, and on days when I feel low. The meaning is clear, and it is a good reminder. I like how he says "Always summer comes" and then ends the song by repeating it again and again. "Always. Always. Always". Because for me when times are tough, I can sometimes forget that this too shall pass. Always. |
