"But a boy pushes her out of the way and he sees her die." Is supposed to say, "and she sees him die." " And then what appears to be her ghost" is supposed to say, "his ghost." And in the second one, the changing colors may refer to wanting a change in her life, since everything is a gray and dull. |

Yes, the lyrics do seem to give off the feel of having a "normal life". Though, in many of the "music videos" or "mmd"'s that have been created for this song, it usually shows Miku fretting over a boy. For example, in one of the mmd's, it shows Miku going crazy about something. She starts running around outside in the rain. She keeps running and gets to a road. Of course, she steps onto the road right when a bus comes. But a boy pushes her out of the way and he sees her die. And then what appears to be her ghost comes and hugs her while she's sitting on the ground in shock. "I want to stop my breathing, now" might refer to her suicidal-ness (hence, jumping in front of a bus). Or, it could mean that she doesn't want to breathe, since she caused someone else to make a sacrifice for her, and now she feels guilty. In another mmd, it shows Miku in a school outfit, surrounded by other girls who all look the same. That could be referring to the "normal life" thing. It's normal. It's drab. It's hell. Then it shows her by herself, spinning, and changing colors rapidly. Then there's a boy. She's talking to the boy, and seems pretty happy. Then it switches to another girl, who looks like it could be her alter ego or enemy, or dark side. The dark side starts talking to the boy as well. Then it shows Miku and her dark side, back to back, spinning around with changing colors like before. And then it shows Miku and her dark side pretty much fighting. I think, since now she's let her dark side show and start talking to the boy, she assumes the boy won't like her. She wants to get rid of her dark side, and then eventually, herself. In the second one, I think it's kind of stupid to die over a boy, but in all honesty, the character of "Miku" isn't always all that mentally stable XD |
