Bikini Girls With Machine Guns — A Definition The definition of the term Bikini Girls has a double meaning. Firstly the obviously is a young female in a two piece swim suit. Secondly, and for the reason of this explanation the most relevant definition, is that of a transsexual in a two piece swim suit. Though Bikini’s have been around since ancient times it maintained an illicit nature up until the late 1960’s. Since then they have achieved a presence on almost every beach in the world but are commonly only worn by women who are very confident in their appearance. Women who maintain a body proportion that is flattered by wearing a Bikini are often said to have a “Bikini Body”. This definition is coveted by people who were born male and are transitioning to their perceived body type. Mid-process transsexuals who can “pass” for a genetic female wile wearing clothes are a fractional percentage of that population. An even smaller percentage of that fraction is the number that could “pass” wile wearing a Bikini. A combination of restrictive clothing/adhesive tapes and a working knowledge of the inguinal canal allow these gals the ability to wear the crown of Bikini Girls. The machine gun aspect of the title has the same double meaning. Firstly is again the obvious mechanical device which allows the firing of hundreds of rounds per minute. With the second definition, again, being the more relevant, though tucked and or taped a Bikini Girl is still “packing some heat” in the form of a penis and testicles. Though the rate of fire may be considerably longer the Gun analogy is a common English slang for the male genitallia. With those two definitions in place, of the more commonly perceived, the song starts off with a clever collection of accomplishments. Racing on a quarter mile race track using a mind altering drug, being astride a famous historical monument naked and copulating with a great ape really inspire the vision of one with no boundaries. The singer recounts a life prior to the discovery of BGWMG(Bikini Girls With Machine Guns) implying that the singers previous experiences paled in comparison. The Chorus is the chanting of the songs name with a stutter on the “U” in gun with a very machine gun cadence. Here the drums staccato snare reinforces the imagery with a crisp roll. The only lyrics in the chorus not a recount of the title, draws it’s origins from the drive in movie “grindhouse” trailers of the mid last century. These movies were populated primarily by teenagers who were rebellious and craved visions of the world not restricted by the conformity of their parent’s preferences. The Second Stanza throws subelty out the window and proclaims that everything has changed in the singer’s life now that BGWMG are on the scene. After enjoying all the exotic sexual fair the world has to offer along with intoxicants and violence nothing seems to compare with this new pinnacle of delights. The singer is drawn to the natural habitat of his latest prey. Cue the Chorus. The conclusive verse is a stab at one of the singer’s most restrictive oppressors. The phrase “Virtue is its own reward” is sighted and dismissed. Here the beach imagery gets thicker as the base notes of surf coming in and surf boards get hijacked to equate with meeting a transsexual and getting an erection. Finally dismissing the repressive notions of the previous generation and ignoring their chastisements the singer follows his heart. The last Chorus stays as passionate as the earlier ones but leaves us with the hero and partner on the beach not caring what the world has to say about it. |
