My guess is this is tells the thoughts of a disgruntled railroad engineer who's locomotive has been destroyed some how.
"I leave a message for you all" and "Oh I know you'll hear me now" could refer to the sound of the whistle.
"I've come to take you home" and "Oh it's time I leave you now" strongly implies that whoever is telling this story is an engineer. |

F.D.G means F**king Decadent Generation, basically it's a criticism of youth liking whatever they're told is popular, be it music, literature, movies, etc. and to be a "Rebel in the F.D.G" is to (not to sound like a hipster or anything) be beyond conforming to something because someone told you you should. |
