in my opinion ,i think this song is about someone who is describe his/herself as an cactus that is usually unseen,shrink,depress,anxiety or anything, but then he/she met someone who truly turned his/her world upside down,who is able to wipe the madness mark from his/her face and they are rather in love, and need that person most in his/her life.
