| Wrong it's about Caleb! He talks about how he's balding at such a young age on the next song. Salty leave are tears. She is way too pretty for his comb over because of her hourglass body. Also he's on top during sex. | |

@ Eric, you're entirely off base but right about some things. This song is actually about Caleb Followill. The song was written by him probably still in his teens or shortly there after. The girl is leaving hence the salty leave. Teens mostly start out drinking wine and beer so its not necessarily an old thing. Comb over?? Caleb talks about it on the next song in the album that he is balding at such a young age. the comb over her hourglass body, is referring to him being on top during sex and it's also referring to how she is way too pretty for him. The milk thing could refer to not swallowing or giving head in general. Although I think it could also illustrate her own flaws milk refers to her health and she's got no concern for it and being tardy to school is another example how she doesn't have her shit together. the slutty girls at my HS were always the ones ditching school. This point is important because after that he mentions how mature, caring, wild free spirited, social-butterfly, loaning a toothbrush is intimate and she's willing to do that with more than just caleb and bartenders are responsible and able to socialize with people. She's probably "serving" lots of people and maintains an appearance of control. All these things are about her character. This girl broke his heart and cheated on him with his friend. He's asking his friend he says he's on his own but his friend is lying, hence his own is her. |
