| I believe that this song is about two friends that grew up together and one got an illness and is in the hospital for most of his days and the other friend visits and waits for him to come home well and safe and everytime he visits he acts like hes strong and he tells him that everything's going to be okay but he relizes that he can only stay for the summer and its ending so the last day hes there he goes to the hospital but its too crowded so he goes to the airport heart broken and his friend dies.
