Although lots of people say it's about "love going wrong" it's not. Skinny love (witch I've done LOTS of research) is about two people who love each other, but they are too shy to admit it. Sometimes with lyrics it's not what it seems, just like books. |

I think everyone is hitting it right either a love song or about life. My opinion is, it's about life. One verse (witch is the reason why I looked this up in the first place) "you don't have to hold your head up" I think no one has really gotten the correct message along with that. My opinion is that it's saying you don't always have to be strong. You can break and it will be okay. Although it does say later in the song, "just hold your head up high" I think they mean it's okay to break but after a while but yourself up and be strong. Don't always be weak. |

I know this song isn't about this but when i really listened to it, it reminided me of the Jews in the consentraction capms because they had to go through a really hard time and everyone gave up, and had to dell with it. But I know it isn't what it's about but It made me think of it. But one of their best songs ever. They are AMAZING! |
