@kare1127- I fully agree with everything you just said. Your analysis of the song completely paralells mine. It's a beautiful song - especially in that the melody is neither cheerful nor sad, but rather almost wistful and forcefully carefree. I too have experienced the situation the lyrics depict-- and for a very long period of time at that, so this song is one that definitely hits home for me. |
