RHP songs are the songs that have been healing and moving me thru the most painful breakup I've ever had to go thru. It's been over a year now and "the hurting never ends" as the song goes. It is this song, and Katy Song, and Medicine Bottle that really do it for me and to me. And also some of the Sun Kil Moon songs, like Floating. Mark Kozelek knows how to express grief and loss and longing of a broken heart better than any songwriter I can think of. |
