Feeder – Love Pollution Lyrics 12 years ago
I love how he says, "But, hey." This song is a tear jerker, as a lot of their songs are for me, not because they are particularly sad, but because they are so powerful on the soul level.

Feeder – Hey Johnny Lyrics 12 years ago
This song is about FEEDER drummer (best drummer of all time in my opinion, R.I.P.) Jon Lee who took his own life in Jan.2002. Grant asks why did he have to be the first to go. Beautiful song. I had the honor of meeting Jon in the late 90's. We had a moment to talk while he signed a drumstick for me on the sidewalk in front of the tour bus. I told him what an amazing drummer he is, and he answered with, "You really think so? I feel so preoccupied with missing my family in Florida, but Thank you so much. That makes me feel glad you think that." What a humble man I thought he was. He was great, and he was surrounded by greatness(Grant and Taka).

Feeder – Come Back Around Lyrics 12 years ago
Grant Nicholas is in a class of his own. There's no comparing him with anyone. You don't listen to FEEDER?? You're missing out big time. And you call yourself Music-guy. LOL. FEEDER has hundreds of AMAZING songs.

Feeder – Come Back Around Lyrics 12 years ago
This song is about himself, Grant Nicholas. Simple as that. My sister passed away young the same year that Jon Lee passed. "There's no new religion" means that when something that big happens in your life, you search for answers and something new to believe in to make sense of the tragedy. Everything you knew seems so foreign now. It may take awhile to "Come back around." You miss who you were. I've listened to this song hundreds of times over the years.I have 50 FEEDER cds. They're my favorite band. After listening to this song, I recommend listening to "Call Out" from their Renegades album. Not only does it rock harder than anything that has ever rocked before, but it's years later, and they sing about how they're still here. Not going anywhere. So refreshing. Powerful. I'm surprised "Call Out" isn't on this website. I'd add it if I knew how.

Feeder – Buck Rogers Lyrics 12 years ago
No. Jon Lee (R.I.P.) was still here for this album, Echo Park. Comfort in Sound was the first album after his passing. Grant Nicholas writes a lot of songs in his memory on that one, and the albums since. Buck Rogers is my all time favorite song. It's my anthem.

VAST – Free Lyrics 12 years ago
This is one of my all time faves. This is one of those songs where meaning is a little different for each person at different times of their lives. This song makes me feel powerful and rings true in my life since I have been free from alcohol for past few years. Alcohol can't tell me what to do anymore. I now can be what I need to be. I now run from anything that holds me down. See? It can work for freedom from addiction. I listen to this song almost daily, and it helps to keep me strong. This song is empowering in any situation in which you have become free.
