This song is about a great relationship that really was meant to be according to the singer. And she just can't get over the fact that it is over. She just wants him back. She tries to explain it to herself (science) to get a grip on her feelings but her thoughts are swiped away every time by feelings of love. Or love-hurt actually. She wanted to have his babies (oxytocin), but she can't and so these feelings change in oxy-toxins, they hurt. It's long overdue, it became an obsession as in PTSS. Great 303. | For me, this song is about God, and someone's realization that God exists. The fact that God is not only 'good'. God is everything. God is also us. We are like puppets. We think we are in control but since God is everything we play no real part in our own lives. He's playing with us for his own reasons, that we don't know. We just experience carrying the blame and paying the price for the deeds he makes us do. | |
