| Leftover Crack – Rock The 40 Oz. Lyrics

I think its about Stza's leaving home when he was 16 - leaving school 'cause he couldn't accept the teachers authority and hidden curriculum ('saying thanks and please') and going of to train hop and drink - rocking the 40.oz. And then there's the pun on 'it's the change the count' - which can either mean political change or using panhandled change to by drink |

a 40.oz is the cheapest way to get a lot of drink, they say 'rock the 40.oz' as kinda like 'screw society' - 'drink, but don't drink this' society try's to dictate even what you should drink so LoC are just saying no to that |

| Aus-Rotten – Modern Day Witchhunt Lyrics

I love this song because, although punks always talk about being anti-sexism, it's very rare to hear a male punk singer sing about feminism because, contrary to popular belief, men can also be femininists |

'I've learned the taste of days that will always burn'-He's accepting his fate, he'll never learn and will always live with these mistakes
'I've learned if it's in the corner of my eye I can't always turn'-he can see that this isn't good, he can see a way out, but he can't get out. |

| The Unseen – Goodbye America Lyrics

Most of you are idiots (no offence) you have been brain washed by their system and now you cannot cope with some one expressing their opinion. When they sing 'Goodbye America' they aren't refering specificaly to the U.S.A. but to power, the concept of the nation state and governments as being inherently illigitemate, this being a common theme in the Unseens material-'No need for flags or nations', 'Swear allegence to your self, not greed, power, war and wealth'.
Also, bye the way America is very much a police state, the police are violent and close minded, the government funds dictators as it suits tyhem and they btrain people in the 'art' of torture and opression in the 'School of the americas' (now western hemisphere somthing or other). |

| The Casualties – For The Punx Lyrics

Can't we just stop arguing? Isn't Punk about unity? That's kinda the point this song makes, that in fighting beetween the wanna be punk elite is ruining the punk scene. And for the record the Casualties are a great punk band, they wright songs about wwhat they know and what matters to them, so what if it lacks eloquence, so do early Clash songs, they where young and even when this album came out this song was nearly 5 years old so yeah its a little rustic but again punk is, its about passion over talent. |
