| This song has a large part to do with Johnny 3 Tears and his life. My opinion is supported by him rapping "I'm sorry daughter but your father is not the same, I can look into your eyes and swear that i will change". This song has a large part to do with his daughter and how much he loves her and how hard it is for him to be away from her when they are on tour. He tells her he will change, that things will be different but he knows they wont. So she "hides beneath the covers, while he hides behind his pain". The key point in the song is when he says "If there is one thing i would keep, it is you i would save. Cause i am just a Lion and a Lion i will stay." Essentially here he is saying that it is too late for him to change, for someone to save him. But if he could, he will save her and protect her from the "Lions" of this world. | |
