This song is about "the owner" of a nightclub. These guys were down on their luck and didn't have much money. They went to a club and the owner either recognised them or just liked them and said they could go in for free. The owner was number one but she had a tiny voice and they didn't understand her saying she was "the owner". They thought she was introducing herself as Leona. They had a great night and she was so cool they wrote a song about her. |
