The meaning of this song as I listened and looked into meant quite a few things: 1: Could be talking about the russian soldiers that were conscripts that fought in world war 2 who were forced to attack and is killed when running away from fighting. As the song says "Kill by Any Means Necessary" and "Win by Any Means Necessary" which means to kill and to win. 2: Another world war 2 interpretation, This one talks about the axis and more specifically the Japanese Kamikaze Pilots who suicided for the emperor. Again like what songs says: "To Kill by any means neccessary", To Win By any means necessary" and to Die by any means necessary". The Pilots have to dive for glory in planes to battleships and cruisers to win and to kill and to die. 3: This one talks about the Samurai's. If you are a samurai back then, You have to die for the emperor and if you lose a task or a battle you must commit Seppuku (pronounced as Se=pong=Ku) which is die with honnor for committing sin against the emperor. Another name for seppuku is hara-kiri. Same concept. The song gives words like last time, To kill, To Die,To win by any means necessary. I have more ideas but it would take to long. Hope this helps think what this song is giving meaning to. |
