| i think this one is about the the struggle two people who left their spouses(for eachother) face. in the beginning they are asking if they should feel guilty for leaving but insisting that they couldnt stay with their spouse that they didnt love. i think when they say did we kill a man and women they are talking about the marrage. in the third stanza he is screaming out to some higher power saying that he is powerless to love. then in the end i think they might be getting married again and they wonder how they can trust them selves a second time, because the first marrage probably seemed perfect than the love just went away. whose to say it wont happen this time? (which is a cool concept) | |
