The Paper Kites – Eve Lyrics 12 years ago
The song is basically about sex but it's different because the boy doesn't see it the way other people do. He doesn't have sex with the girl for her body or for entertainment or for satisfaction and pleasure, like the reason why people do it nowadays (although this doesn't mean he can't enjoy it.) He does it because he loves the girl and the reason why the song is different is because he makes it sound so beautiful. That's the proper way of seeing it though---sex is beautiful.

In the first part, the boy describes the girls hair that's dark and curly, like in the first line. He tells how he always ("every day 'til I can't last") kisses ("I'd play and I'd kiss" her neck ("place just under there")

In the second part, the boy describes her blue eyes and how he goes down ("I slipped down the face") to kiss her lips ("my favourite place") but by the sound of it, it's much more than kissing ("And I searched and explored") and much more than only once ("I went there many times") He also notes that the girl has a freckle at her mouth ("found a freckle at the door") He says he would love to keep kissing her but there was more to see.

In the third part, he tells about trailing kisses down the girl's chest ("I hopped and I skipped and I left you with a kiss") until he comes to the breasts ("a place that was just too good to miss") and he describes it as beautiful and that he is feeling utter bliss. This also goes on to the fourth part, and he is still trailing kisses down her breasts. He goes down until he finds her vagina ("But a field had I found with a small hole in the ground") and you know the rest ("And I danced up and down I was twirling all around")

For him it was beautiful, and he tells the girl he'll do it again any time.
