| I think the song is about a break up . After the breakup he is pretty badly hurt that all the emotions he faced before seem nothing in comparison with how he is feeling now. He wants to move on but is stuck in that awkward middle place where one we want to move on but at the same time wants to cling on to the last bits of the relationship. He feels suffocated feeling like this(Hence the title - Inhaler). To move on all he needs is space and nothing else ........ | |
