I think that its about a girl ( Matilda) who is kidnapped from a park, raped, and in the end murdered:( First a finger and a thumb: could represent either a gun or being grabbed by someone Matilda started disappearing, no one noticed how translucent she'd become: meaning no one saw her being kidnapped first a fumble the a kiss, all his dreams he never had perfection like this: meaning that she was raped no one noticed her hand tug at his: meaning that she tried to get away or get someones help but she couldn't as one by one the walkers left the park, electric lights went dark: meaning her chances of getting help/surviving are getting lower as each person leaves and as the lights go out he buried her down in this hole: he thought he killed her so he buried her if i wiggle my toes there gonna come find me: meaning that she was buried alive like a joining up of dots: people are starting to realize that something is wrong we called her name out loud, strained to hear a sound: looking for her torch beams showed me down in this hole: they found her dead body |
