I think the song means that no matter what you look like its whats inside that matters, "Paint yourself a picture Of what you wish you looked like" to me that means that if you self harm and have scars from that or have a physical or mental disability that stuff makes you different and people judge you for that. "you are not your skin" again saying its whats in side that matters not the way you look. hope that helped :) |
