People are so afraid and hate what the can not understand. But if people would open their minds to new things, then they may have the chance to at least try to understand why people do what they do. Being gay, owning a gun, coming from a different country, all these people are the same, nothing is different but our beliefs. There's is one common thing that we all share, we all are human and deserve to live the way we want to.. When I first heard this song, I nearly died. The goose bumps i had where strikingly noticable. Seeing the video made me cry. This song has not only good lyrics and meaning but an amazing beat and I give Macklemore and others the credit to keep making amazing songs! |

What I got from this song is obvious. This guy is on a date with a girl. He likes her so much that all he wants is a kiss. Nothing more. And when he gets this kiss he's going to die, and when he does he wants to give his heart to her and she can do whatever she wants with it. At the end of the song, the kiss was better than he thought. |
