I love the feelings that come with this song. For me its just "I wanna get out." I listen to this song when I am sick and tired of the little, closed town that I live in and I just feel like getting in a fast car headed due west straight for California. I love the picture of, "is it fast enough so we can fly away?" |

I find this song sarcastic and funny. "when you are strange faces come out of the rain" I imagine myself walking alone in the rain, looking down in the rain!
I was walking in the rain one time without an umbrella and I felt like the person in this song because people were staring at me and I was kind of down, but it was funny because I was open while they were suffocated under their umbrellas. |
