| Jason Collett – Waiting for the World Lyrics | 13 years ago |

Waiting for the world to come home Everybody's gone, I'm here all alone Waiting for the world to come home Waiting for the world to come knocking on my door Just like it did before I'm waiting for the world to be born Free from this shadow I want to be lost no more I'm waiting for the world to be born Waiting for you to come break my heart 'Cause I can't feel anything and it falls apart I know that sounds tired but it's true Waiting for the world to come back with you Waiting for the world to come knocking on my door Just like it did before I'm waiting for the world Waiting for the world, waiting for the world Waiting for the world to come home |

It hurts, love hurts Words, there are no words I was sorry then, I'm sorry now I'm sorry that I let you down, I let you down I'm a flood with disaster And what's worse I always thought you were stronger I loved you then, I love you now I love you when you come back down, you come back down I don't know when, I don't know how I'll make it up to you somehow, somehow Somehow, somehow, somehow |

I love the lines, "With your fingers in the dam trying to save everything/ When we all know you can’t" This song is a beautiful ode to a relationship where neither party really wants it to be over. Neither person has been able to truly move on from the relationship, but they both know it could not be saved. |

| Jason Collett – No Redemption Song Lyrics | 13 years ago |
| This song is about traveling by bus across Canada with the Broken Social Scene (hence the fact that he is able to be stoned on the 401). He is weary from playing show after show, but he is going on because he loves the music and the comradery. He is commenting on the farms he sees along the side of the highway. | |
