I'm not sure of the original meaning behind the song, but I think it was used in "Saint's Row" as a lyrical background for the late and formerly undercover Lin. It could be pointing to her coming from a prejudice and sexist family, and joining the Saints was a way to prove to everyone that she could hang with men without falling behind. |

Judging from the beginning, Hayley was comparing being under the spotlight as being the patient in an asylum that they bring group of doctors around to examine and whatnot, focusing on their flaws, just like the tabloids do to the famous. From what they drive to their political opinion, the paper will always find some way to smear the celebrities. Just my opinion though. |
