Totally agree. It seems like an artist's interpretation of the dark side of life. Probably written about his own life, but in a way that sounds like a sympathetic disembodied voice narrating his life. "How numb have you become? Now that you've lost all connection Your bottle is filled up to the brim Who will be left to clean the spill? And when your breaking point pierces the surface tension You're sure to overflow all at once" This part makes the whole song for me. Just unbelievable climax to a very powerful song. |
