Im not quite sure but I think this song is about a man who sees the world coming to an end. Not a literal-apocalypse-ish end, but the end of HIS world (the narrator's) Maybe a way to represent madness caused by a dysfunctional relationship: (The treachery of the coldness of your smile). Great song. I love the fact that it starts very calm and relaxing until it reaches a point of pure tension just to return to the peaceful pad. |
