| To me it says that someone is addicted to a lover whom they can't love, though they would like to. The lover is in love with the singer, but acts with hate since he/she knows that the love will not be requinted. The singer can only offer a shadow of himself, not who he truely is, because he cannot love him/her though he is addicted to the hate and love that the lover provides. They don't even truely know eachother at all. | |
