Yea defintely,the first part describes a drug addict saying he doesnt care at all hes just jonesin his brains frozen hes not thinking about anything except getting that drug in his system.It really describes me when im in my heroin addiction i hurt my family so much but i just block that out until i get the drug in me cause i know it will make me not feel bad. |

This is why a lot of white high school kids liked 311..we can all relate to liking a girl and her not liking us back.I guess that happens to even attractive rock stars like nick hexum.But i dont exactly feel bad for him im sure he has mad girls to rebound on...Im sure hes gotten tons of girls.Theres alot of attractive girls at 311 concerts when i used to go see them in 96-00'' i miss those shows.But there heyday is long over..all good things must come to an end. |

I love this song.I can relate but it's so much harder for guys.Every relationship i've been in has been ruined cause i was abused when i was 12..I feel like im molesting my girlfriend and she thinks im not into her..When i just feel like im molesting her.And it makes me feel weird.But im so embarrased to tell her..People who've never been abused sexually don't know just what a violation it is..It still haunts me to this day an im 32 now..Im glad 311 brought up this topic.there singing about different more mature things.And i love playing the intro on my guitar.!! |
