This is definitely about Kurt when he was homeless and hung around the small bridge near his home in Aberdeen. There's writings on the bridge and under it saying "Kurt <3" and stuff like that. Although, I really interpret the idea of his drug use, but I'm pretty sure Kurt couldn't be TOO vague with that stuff. |
