He feels like he has learned from it and has decided that being a rude misogynistic like Alfie is the only logical route left. I think it is about a man who has a fling with a french girl who he doesn't find particularly attractive nor interesting. He is interested in her because she claims to not have any interest in him. As he gets involved with her with the intention of having her fall for him, but instead he falls in love with her. He realizes that she will never like him and it breaks his heart. As a result he hates her for having hurt him. |
