To me, it feels like he's tired of being stuck in a some sort of self-imposed prison (depression? anxiety? anger? doubt?) , and realizes that he's willing to take a chance at rising above it. ...or something like that. Whatever the literal meaning is, the song gets me amped up, that's for sure. |
